PHASE-IX was specially founded to address the lack of women representing the Pharmaceutical Industry in leadership roles despite making up approximately 60% of the workforce. We are a non-profit organization with an initiative to introduce an influx of women into the pharmaceutical sector and empower them to set their visions beyond the stars to land the most prestigious and well-deserved leadership roles in the industry. We plan to achieve this by educating girls about the field of medicine and providing guidance and resources to enable women with the tools necessary to excel in the industry.
